5. International Data Transfers
_ga, _ga_MSEZSJY9XX and _gcl_au cookies, provided by Google LLC, involve the transfer of personal data to the United States. This transfer is based on the European Commission’s adequacy decision of 10 July 2023 (EU-US Data Privacy Framework), of which Google LLC is a member and certified entity. In the absence or revocation of such a framework, Google applies standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission as an additional guarantee.

The legal basis that legitimises the installation of non-exempt cookies in your browser is your free, specific, informed and unequivocal consent (art. 6.1.a and art. 7 GDPR, in relation to art. 22.2 LSSI).
