CENTUM has experienced exponential growth year after year, reflecting its ability to attract talent and its commitment to a multidisciplinary team capable of driving complex, high-impact projects. This year, there have been 23 new hires, consolidating a diverse work environment in which four generations coexist and collaborate, from baby boomers to Generation Z, where each person contributes their vision, experience, and approach to improve together and offer high-value technological solutions.
